Contact Lipo Freeze
One telephone line, answered by the team who arrange consultations and treatments. Here is what the conversation involves and what is worth having to hand.
Getting in Touch With Lipo Freeze
Reaching Lipo Freeze is deliberately simple. There is one telephone line, answered by the team who arrange consultations and treatments, and that is the whole of it. There is no ticketing system to navigate, no automated menu tree to work through and no requirement to create an account before anyone will speak to you. If you want to ask a question about a treatment, understand whether you might be suitable, or simply hear what the process involves before deciding anything at all, a phone call is the way to do it.
This page explains what that conversation is like, what information is worth having to hand, what the team can and cannot tell you over the phone, and how enquiries are handled. It is written for people at every stage — those who have already decided what they want, those weighing up two or three options, and those who have read a little and are not yet sure whether any of this applies to them.
This telephone number is the only contact route published for Lipo Freeze. If you come across an alternative number, address or messaging account presented as belonging to Lipo Freeze, please treat it with caution and verify it by calling the number above.
What Happens When You Call
The first conversation is not a sales call and is not treated as one. Its purpose is to work out what you are actually asking about, which is not always the same as the treatment name you arrived with. A caller who rings to ask about fat freezing sometimes turns out to be describing loose skin rather than fat, and the honest answer in that case is that a different treatment, or none at all, would serve them better. That distinction can only be drawn by asking questions, so expect the conversation to run in both directions.
You will be asked what you are hoping to change and roughly where on the body. You may be asked how long the concern has been there, whether it has changed recently, and whether you have had any aesthetic treatment before. None of this is a test, and there is no expectation that you use clinical language. Describing something as "the bit that sits over my waistband" is perfectly adequate; the team will translate.
From there the relevant treatment or treatments are explained in plain terms: what the technology does, what a session feels like, roughly how many sessions the concern usually needs, how long results take to appear and how long they tend to last. Where a published price exists for what you are describing, it can be given to you on the call. Where the appropriate answer depends on something that has to be seen and assessed in person, you will be told that rather than given a figure that might later change.
If it makes sense to go further, the next step is a consultation at your home, which carries no charge and no obligation. If it does not make sense to go further, the call ends there and nothing is arranged. Both outcomes are entirely normal, and no one will pursue you afterwards to revisit the decision.
What Is Worth Having Ready
Nothing at all is required, and plenty of people ring with no preparation and get everything they need. That said, a few things make the conversation faster and the answers more precise.
- The area or areas you are thinking about. Pricing for several Lipo Freeze treatments is structured by area, so knowing whether you mean one area or three changes the figure considerably.
- Any relevant medical history. Certain conditions rule some treatments out. Fat freezing, for instance, is not appropriate for anyone with a cold-related condition such as Raynaud's, cold urticaria or cryoglobulinaemia, or where there is a hernia near the intended treatment site. Pregnancy and breastfeeding also rule it out. Mentioning these early saves everyone time.
- Your rough timescale. Non-surgical results are gradual. If you have a date in mind, saying so early allows the team to tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic before anything is booked.
- Whether you are asking for yourself or someone else. General information can be discussed with anyone. Anything specific to an individual's suitability needs to come from that individual.
- A note of the questions you actually want answered. It is very common to put the phone down and remember the one thing you meant to ask. A short list prevents it.
You are welcome to call more than once. There is no limit on questions and no expectation that you commit to anything on a first conversation, or a third.
Enquiring About a Specific Treatment
The Lipo Freeze range covers fat freezing, fat dissolving injections, body toning, HIFU non-surgical facelift, advanced RF microneedling, the signature skin lift, CryoPen cryotherapy for blemish removal, incontinence treatment and vaginal tightening. Each is described in detail on the services page, with published costs set out on the prices page and realistic timescales explained under results. Reading those first is not necessary, but it does tend to make the call shorter and more useful.
Some enquiries have particular characteristics worth knowing about in advance.
Incontinence and pelvic health
These calls are handled discreetly and without any expectation that you explain more than you want to. Incontinence is common, and the team speaks to people about it routinely. You will not be asked to describe symptoms in detail on a first call if you would rather not. Treatment is delivered fully clothed, at home, over a course usually of six to eight sessions.
Vaginal tightening
Female consultants are available for this treatment, and you may request one when you call. Home visits are available on request. As with pelvic health enquiries, you set the level of detail you are comfortable going into on the telephone.
Blemish removal
Cryotherapy pricing depends on the number of blemishes being treated, so it helps to have counted them. Consultation and treatment for this are combined into a single appointment rather than split across two visits. If you are uncertain whether a particular mark is suitable for treatment, say so on the call — some skin lesions need assessment by a doctor rather than an aesthetic consultant, and you will be told plainly if that is the case.
Where Lipo Freeze Operates
Consultants travel to clients across England, Scotland and Wales, and appointments are available across a wide range of counties and regions. Home visits carry no additional charge, which means the price quoted for a treatment is the price of the treatment, with no travel supplement layered on top for living further from a city.
When you call, you will be asked roughly where you are. This is used to confirm coverage and to work out realistic appointment times rather than to place you into a catchment area. If your location cannot currently be covered, you will be told directly on the call instead of being taken through a booking process that cannot be completed.
Because treatments happen at home, no premises are open to visitors and there is no clinic address to attend. There is nowhere to walk in, and no waiting room. For many people that is the point: the treatment comes to them, and the parts of the process that usually cause the most friction — travel, parking, time off work, arranging childcare, sitting in a public waiting area before a private appointment — simply do not arise.
What Cannot Be Answered Over the Telephone
There are limits to what any responsible provider can tell you without seeing you, and it is better to set them out plainly than to let a call create expectations that an assessment then has to unpick.
Suitability cannot be finally confirmed by phone. A consultant can say that a treatment sounds broadly appropriate for what you are describing, but confirming it requires an in-person assessment of the area, the skin and your medical history. That assessment is part of the free consultation.
The number of sessions you personally will need cannot be fixed in advance on a call. Typical ranges can be given — fat freezing is commonly one to three sessions per area, incontinence treatment a course of six to eight — but where you fall within a range depends on your starting point and your response to the first sessions.
No one can tell you how much change you will see. Individual results vary, and anyone willing to promise a specific outcome down the telephone is not being straight with you. What can be described is what typically happens, over what period, and what tends to influence it.
Finally, the team cannot diagnose. If you describe something that sounds like it needs medical assessment — a changing mole, unexplained pain, a new symptom — you will be advised to see your GP first. That is not a deflection; it is the correct answer, and it is given even when it means a treatment is not arranged.
If You Are Already a Lipo Freeze Client
The same telephone number handles enquiries from people already partway through a course of treatment. Aftercare questions are welcome at any point and are not treated as an imposition. If something in the days after a session is not what you expected — swelling that seems more pronounced than described, tenderness lasting longer than you were told to anticipate, or simply uncertainty about whether what you are seeing is normal — calling is the right response rather than waiting until the next appointment.
Questions about the pace of your results are also common, particularly between weeks three and eight when change is underway but not yet obvious. Every treatment package includes full follow-up and aftercare, and that includes conversations of this kind.
If you need to move an appointment, the same line handles it. Giving as much notice as you reasonably can helps, since consultants travel to appointments and their days are planned around geography.
Discretion When You Get in Touch
A good number of the treatments Lipo Freeze provides address concerns people have not discussed with anyone, including in some cases their own GP. Incontinence and vaginal laxity are the clearest examples, but the same reticence attaches to body shape, facial ageing and long-standing skin blemishes. Enquiries about all of them are handled with that in mind.
What you say on a call is used to advise you and, if you go ahead, to plan your treatment. You decide how much to disclose and when. If you would prefer to be called back at a particular time — because you would rather not have the conversation within earshot of family or colleagues — say so, and it will be arranged.
How personal information is handled once you become a client is set out in the privacy policy. The terms that apply to using this website are set out under terms and conditions.
Reading Around Before You Ring
Plenty of the questions people ring with are already answered in writing, and some prefer to read first and call second. The services page describes every treatment in the range, including how each works, who it suits and who it does not. The prices page sets out published costs treatment by treatment, including how per-area and course pricing differ. The results page is the one to read if your main question is how long any of this takes and how long it lasts, and the choose us page covers how Lipo Freeze works and what is included as standard. The home page gives the shorter overview.
None of that replaces a conversation, and none of it is a substitute for an assessment. But it does mean that when you do call, you can spend the time on the questions that are specific to you rather than on the general ground.
Whenever you are ready, the number is 03300 105 225. There is no obligation attached to calling it, and no expectation that a first conversation leads anywhere in particular.
