A Lipo Freeze price is built from four variables. The treatment itself; the area or areas being treated, since a small zone such as the chin takes less time than a full abdomen; the number of sessions in your plan, because most of these treatments work as a course rather than a single visit; and, on certain treatments, whether you are treated alone or alongside a second person in the same appointment.
What is not in the price matters too. There is no travel charge and no consultation fee behind the figures below. Home treatment is available across England, Scotland and Wales at no additional cost, so somebody an hour from the nearest town pays the same as somebody twenty minutes from a city centre — unusual in a field where mobile practitioners commonly add mileage to the bill.

What is included in every price
Every package listed here includes the same four things: a free consultation, home visits at no extra cost, a tailored treatment plan, and full follow-up and aftercare. They are not optional extras that surface as separate charges further down a quote, and they are a large part of why the figures are what they are.
The free consultation
Before any treatment is carried out, a consultant talks through what you want to change, examines the areas concerned and assesses whether the treatment is genuinely suitable for you. That conversation costs nothing. It is also the only reliable route to an accurate price, because until somebody has looked at the area, nobody can say whether you are dealing with one area or three — and on most tables below, that is the difference between two very different totals.
Home visits at no extra cost
Your consultant travels to you with the equipment, sets up in a room of your choosing and packs everything away afterwards. On treatments that call for six or eight sessions, the time, fuel and parking saved across a full programme is considerable, and for anyone treating an area they would rather not discuss in a shared waiting room, the privacy is the whole point. A tailored treatment plan
A plan states which areas will be treated, in what order, how many sessions are anticipated and roughly how far apart they should sit, so that you understand the shape of the whole commitment before the first session rather than discovering it session by session. Where a shorter course is likely to be enough, your consultant will say so — and where one session is unlikely to achieve what you are hoping for, they will say that too.
Full follow-up and aftercare
Aftercare covers the guidance given at the end of each appointment and the contact you have with your consultant between sessions. Most non-surgical treatments keep developing for weeks afterwards, so the gap between sessions is where much of the result is made. Support through that window is included in every package here, and does not stop at the final session.
Per-area, per-session and course pricing explained
Three pricing structures appear on this page. Knowing which one you are reading removes most of the confusion people meet when comparing providers, because a headline figure means nothing until you know what unit it is attached to.
Per-area pricing
Fat freezing and the HIFU non-surgical facelift are priced by area. An area is a defined zone that one applicator or handpiece covers in a single treatment pass — a flank, an upper arm, the lower abdomen, the jawline. Areas treated together in one appointment cost less in total than the same areas treated across separate visits, because the consultant travels once and sets up once.
Per-session pricing
Fat dissolving injections, advanced RF microneedling and the signature skin lift are priced per session for a named area. Each session is a discrete appointment, and the number required depends on the area, your starting point and how your tissue responds. A single-session price lets you begin without committing to a full course.
Course pricing
Body toning, incontinence treatment, fat dissolving injections, RF microneedling and CryoPen blemish removal carry course prices covering several sessions taken as one programme. These work out lower per session than the same number bought individually, for practical reasons: a planned course lets us reserve diary time, allocate consumables and schedule the sequence at correct intervals from the outset.
There is a clinical reason as well. These treatments work cumulatively, each session building on the response created by the last, so the course is the treatment and a single session in isolation is a partial version of it.
Fat freezing (cryolipolysis) prices
Fat freezing is priced purely by the number of areas treated in one appointment, and the cost of each additional area falls as areas are added. One area is £210; six areas is £600 in total. That shape exists because the fixed costs of a home visit — travel, setup, consultation time, breakdown afterwards — are spread across everything treated on the day rather than repeated for each zone.
An area here means one applicator placement. In practice the lower abdomen is usually one area, the upper abdomen another, and each flank one more, so somebody describing "my stomach" is frequently describing two to four areas without realising it. Your consultant confirms the count at consultation before any figure is settled.

Fat freezing is typically one to three sessions per area; some people repeat an area once or twice to build on the initial reduction. Each session is priced independently and there is no separate multi-session rate, so the table above remains the whole picture however many rounds you decide on.
Two people can be treated in the same appointment. The figures below are the combined total for both people, not the price per person, and each person receives the stated number of areas. The saving quoted alongside each row is what each individual saves compared with being treated alone.

The two-person saving grows as areas are added, which is why the six-area row is marked as the best value. Where two people in one household are both considering fat freezing, treating them in a single visit rather than two separate ones is the largest single difference either can make to the cost.
Body toning prices
Body toning is priced for one area, with four package lengths. Unlike fat freezing, where the variable is how many zones you treat on the day, the variable here is how many treatments the programme contains — because body toning works through repeated stimulation over a short, concentrated period, and the result depends on completing the sequence rather than covering more ground in one visit.

The recommended approach is at least six treatments within a two-week window. That intensity is deliberate, and it is why the six- and eight-treatment packages sit at the centre of most plans. The single treatment at £339 exists mainly for people who want to experience the treatment before committing, and is best understood as a trial rather than a plan in its own right.
Notice how the gap between packages narrows as they lengthen: the step from four treatments to six is larger than the step from six to eight, so the eight-treatment package gives the lowest cost per individual session on the table. If your consultant expects the longer programme, taking it as one package from the start is cheaper than extending a shorter one later. On a programme compressed into a fortnight, the home-visit element also deserves weighing — that is six to eight journeys you are not making.
Fat dissolving injection prices
Fat dissolving injections are priced by the size band of the area treated rather than by naming every possible body part. There are four bands — small, medium, target and large — each with a single-session price and a three-session course price. The band determines how much product and practitioner time an appointment requires, which is what the price reflects. The bands are defined by the examples in the table, and a large area covers ground that would otherwise be two target areas treated separately.

The three-session price is lower than three single sessions in every band, and the gap widens as the bands get larger. Read the two columns together rather than in isolation, because deciding on a course after paying for two single sessions is always the most expensive route to the same destination.
One point matters more here than anywhere else on this page: fat dissolving injections treat targeted areas of fat and are not a weight-loss treatment for obesity. The pricing reflects that. You are paying for work on a specific pocket of fat that has not responded to diet or exercise, and a consultant will say plainly if what you are describing falls outside what this treatment can do.
Incontinence treatment prices
Incontinence treatment is offered only as a course, and the price list reflects that. There is no single-session option, because one session of pelvic floor stimulation does not achieve enough on its own to be worth anybody's money. A course is usually six to eight sessions, which puts those two packages at the centre of most plans, with ten available where a longer programme is indicated.

The saving column shows what each package saves against taking the same number of sessions individually. Each step up the table adds two more treatments for the same increase in price, while the saving grows faster, so the longer the course the better it compares with piecemeal treatment.
Home treatment is available on all three packages, and here that is often the deciding factor rather than a convenience. Pelvic floor concerns are among the least comfortable things to raise in a clinic reception, and completing a ten-session programme without ever sitting in a waiting room removes a real barrier to seeking help.
HIFU non-surgical facelift prices
The HIFU non-surgical facelift is priced per area, with separate lists for face and body. Facial areas are small and defined narrowly; body areas are larger and defined by anatomical region. In both cases the price reflects the size of the treatment field and the number of energy passes needed to cover it properly.
The face list includes combination areas, and these reward planning. Full face is a single line rather than an addition of its component zones, and full face and neck, and face, neck and décolletage, extend that logic. If you are considering more than two facial zones, compare your combination against the combined lines before assuming individual areas are cheaper.

The body list runs from the knees at £380 through to full thighs at £690. As with the face, larger combination areas sit below the sum of their parts: full abdomen is one line, as is full thighs, and each covers ground that would otherwise be broken into upper, lower and side sections charged separately.

Two-person bookings for the HIFU non-surgical facelift offer savings of between £30 and £130 per person, depending on the area treated. The larger the area, the larger the saving, so the arrangement makes the greatest difference on the combination lines rather than on the smallest single zones.
Advanced RF microneedling prices
Advanced RF microneedling is priced per area with two columns on every line: a single session and a course of three. A course of three is the recommended approach, because the technique works by prompting the skin to remodel itself over successive rounds. The single-session column is there for people who want to begin cautiously, not because one session completes the job. Look first at the course column and treat it as the realistic figure for the outcome you are picturing.

One line often surprises people: brow and crow's feet together is the least expensive area on the face list at £245 for a single session, below both the chin and the forehead. That is because the two zones are adjacent, small and treated in one continuous pass, so pairing them is more efficient than treating either alone.

On the body list, thighs front and back at £340 and full thighs including the sides at £590 describe genuinely different treatment fields, as do upper or lower abdomen against full abdomen. Be precise with your consultant about which surfaces concern you, because the difference between those lines is one of coverage rather than intensity.
Signature skin lift prices
The signature skin lift is our most involved skin treatment, priced per area across face and body lists. Both tables show two figures: the original price and the current one. The reduction is already applied to every line, so the second column is what applies — the first is shown only so you can see the scale of the difference rather than take it on trust.

The face table has a feature worth pointing out. Chin, forehead, and brow and crow's feet together now all sit at £465 despite starting from different original prices, so the three smallest facial areas are currently level with one another. If you have been weighing one small area against another on cost alone, that consideration has effectively disappeared.

The body reductions are not uniform either. Upper back drops further than upper arms, even though it started higher, which is why it now sits below upper arms at £530 against £550. Read the second column top to bottom rather than assuming the ranking has stayed the same.
CryoPen cryotherapy prices for blemish removal
CryoPen blemish removal is priced by the number of blemishes treated, and it is the one treatment here where the price includes both the consultation and the treatment in a single combined appointment. Blemish removal is quick enough that splitting assessment from treatment across two visits would waste your time and ours.
The per-blemish rate falls steeply as the count rises. A single blemish is £194; at ten the price is £600, which is £60 each. That curve exists because most of the cost in a one-blemish appointment is the visit itself, not the few seconds of treatment, and each extra blemish adds very little to the appointment's length.

Two steps on this table are unusually good value. Moving from one blemish to two costs modestly more in total while nearly halving the cost of each, and moving from five to eight adds three blemishes for a comparatively small increase. Having several blemishes assessed together rather than one at a time across successive appointments is the difference between the top of this table and the bottom of it.
Above ten blemishes the treatment is priced on application from £680, because appointment length then depends on where the blemishes are and what type they are. Home visits are available on request for all packages, including that tier.
Vaginal tightening prices
Vaginal tightening is priced as a single treatment, currently £399 against a previous price of £459. There is no package rate: each session is charged at the single-treatment price, whether it is your first or your third.

Many women benefit from three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart, so it is sensible to plan around that pattern from the beginning rather than treating the single price as the likely total. Because the sessions sit weeks apart, the cost naturally spreads across a couple of months, which many clients find easier to manage than a course paid for in one go.
The spacing is not arbitrary — it allows tissue to respond fully before the next session, and shortening the gap to finish sooner works against the treatment rather than for it.
Treating two people in one appointment
Two treatments — fat freezing and the HIFU non-surgical facelift — can be delivered to two people in the same visit at a reduced cost per person. A home visit involves travel, setup and breakdown regardless of how many people are treated, so when two people share it, the fixed portion of the cost is shared and the saving passed on.
For fat freezing the savings are set out precisely in the two-person table above, from £38 per person on one area up to £105 per person on six. For the HIFU non-surgical facelift they run from £30 to £130 per person depending on the area. In both cases the larger the treatment, the larger the reduction, because a bigger appointment contains more shared time.
The two people need not be related, and each still receives their own consultation, suitability assessment and tailored plan; nothing clinical is shared or shortened. What does need thought is time. Two people means a longer appointment, so set aside a generous window rather than sandwiching it between other commitments — and if both are considering a course, check that your schedules will allow you to keep attending together.
Combining treatments and how that affects overall cost
Many plans involve more than one treatment. Fat freezing and fat dissolving injections address volume; body toning, HIFU, RF microneedling and the signature skin lift address tone, firmness and skin quality. Someone reducing volume in an area frequently wants to address the skin over it afterwards, and the interaction between the two affects both the total cost and the order in which things should happen.
Where treatments are combined, each is priced from its own table. There is no separate combined rate and no treatment discounts another. What does change is the number of visits: several treatments planned together can often be sequenced so appointments are used efficiently, particularly where one treatment needs a gap of weeks that another can be scheduled around.
Sequencing matters more than people expect. Reducing volume before tightening skin generally makes sense, because the skin treatment then works on the shape you have arrived at rather than the one you started with. It is entirely reasonable to phase a combined plan across several months so each stage is paid for as it comes. Being candid about your full list of goals at the first consultation is therefore the most useful thing you can do for your budget.
Why aesthetic prices differ so much between providers
Prices for these treatments vary between providers depending on the treatment methods used and the expertise of the practitioner carrying them out. That explains most of the variation you will meet, but it is worth unpacking.
Equipment. Devices sold under the same treatment category differ enormously in output, control and consistency. Two providers can both advertise a non-surgical facelift while using machines that are not comparable. Equipment cost feeds directly into session price, and a treatment priced far below everything else in the market is usually telling you something about the device.
Training and expertise. These treatments are highly operator-dependent. Where an applicator is placed, how energy is layered across a treatment field, how depth is selected for different tissue — that is judgement built through experience, and it is the difference between a satisfactory result and a disappointing one on the same machine.
Session length and what is bundled. A short appointment costs less to deliver than a thorough one. Ask what a session includes, whether the consultation is charged separately, and whether aftercare and follow-up are part of the price or extras. Comparing headline figures without comparing inclusions is how people end up paying more for less.
Travel. Mobile providers frequently charge for travel, either openly as a call-out fee or quietly through a higher rate for anyone outside a narrow radius. Budgeting sensibly for a course of treatment
The most common budgeting mistake is planning around one session when the treatment is designed as a course. Somebody who budgets £339 for body toning has budgeted for a trial, not for the programme of at least six treatments within a fortnight that the treatment is built around. The figure that matters is the one attached to the complete plan.
Start from the outcome rather than the price list. Decide what you want changed, have it assessed properly, and let the consultation tell you how many areas and sessions that involves. Only then look at the tables. Working the other way — picking a figure you are comfortable with and finding what it buys — usually produces a plan slightly too small to achieve what prompted the enquiry.
Build in the possibility that your plan changes. Bodies respond at different rates, and a consultant may suggest after a few sessions that you need fewer than anticipated, or that a second area would improve the balance of the result. A little headroom means those conversations can be about what is right for you rather than what you have left.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Every package includes a free consultation, and it is neither deducted from nor added to your treatment price. Do you charge extra for home visits?

What exactly counts as an "area"?
